POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Team Lead for our Paid Social Team at HIP Creative Inc., you will spearhead the strategy and execution of groundbreaking campaigns that captivate our target audience. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the paid media team in developing and executing innovative strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with the target audience.

Team Management and Development: Manage and develop a team of digital marketing professionals; set clear goals and objectives, provide regular feedback, and support their professional growth.

Advanced Data Analysis and Insights: Deep dive into performance metrics to extract actionable insights, using advanced data analysis tools to steer campaign strategies.

High-Level Campaign Optimization: Oversee the monitoring and optimization of campaign performance across various channels, ensuring maximum ROI and fulfillment of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Creative Direction and Collaboration: Provide strategic direction to the creative team, ensuring that ad creatives and messages effectively convey our brand's vision and engage our audience.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaborative efforts with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies that support overarching business goals.

Proactive Industry Engagement: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, initiating innovations and improvements that keep the company at the industry's forefront.

Executive Reporting: Regularly report to senior management and stakeholders on campaign performance, providing strategic insights and forward-looking plans.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role with team management responsibilities.

Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and leading innovative digital marketing strategies with measurable success.

Advanced proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics) and familiarity with the latest digital marketing platforms and technologies.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and develop a diverse paid media team.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex strategies and insights to a variety of stakeholders.

COMPENSATION
- $65,000- $75,000 (depending on experience)
