Warehouse Clerk - 1st shift (approximate 6 month project)
1st shift (8am - 430pm)
$20.00/hr plus $0.15/hr shift differential between 1pm and 9pm
Summary: This position is expected to temporary, lasting approximately 6 months during the transition to integrate a new WMS (RF-Smart) with our current ERP (NetSuite). As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments and inventory collection while using computer software to create documents required to run the shipping and receiving department. Keeping accurate records of all products being received and shipped, updating and providing accurate inventory records. Working with other departments to solve any inventory issues or concerns that may present itself.
Job/Duties:
- Generates daily dock schedule looking for any adjustments to the previous daily schedule.
- Reviews forms and system entries from previous production run to ensure accuracy.
- Generates verification sheets for Supervisor to verify previous day put-aways for production.
- Generates pick list to match every outbound sales order manually through Excel and print BOL (bill of lading) from NetSuite.
- Fulfills Sales Order in the system to be ready for shipment.
- Scans all paperwork for data and record keeping daily.
- Creates labels for inbound and outbound shipments and allergen labels as well.
- Assists with monthly Cycle Counts and adjust inventory as needed.
- Performs general housekeeping duties and 5S.

- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am to 430pm, with Saturdays as needed. Schedule may vary (if production needs change) so be flexible in working overtime, weekends and holidays if needed.
Safety:
- Support and adhere to the Company's Safety Program.
- Where trained, proactively identify and report to warehouse supervisor possible safety concerns.
- Timely report incidents or near miss incidents as required by the safety program.
Experience:
- The equivalent of a high school diploma/GED.
- 2 years of manufacturing, distribution or other related industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), scanning, and other technological tools in a warehouse.
Minimum Admin Skills:
- Windows, Excel, and MS 365 skills.
- The ability to do accurate alpha-numeric data entry and possess good math skills.
- Netsuite or similar ERP / WMS experience helpful.
Minimum Language Requirements:
- Must be able to speak and write English proficiently.
- Additional language skills preferred
Minimum Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and move 30 lbs occasionally, as well as engage in various physical activities.
- Must be able to work in both warm and cold conditions including shipping and receiving docks, dry storage and freezers.
