Responsibilities:
- Cook for and entertain guest
- Create and prepare high-quality dishes for our customers
- Develop and plan menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
- Train and supervise kitchen personnel in proper food handling techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in the food industry
- Knowledge of menu planning and catering principles
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
