We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Scheduling service appointments for customer's vehicles.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Contacting customers with service and recall reminders.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Answering phonecalls and emails.
- Responding to voicemails.
- Calling customers to let them know vehicles are down.
- Following up with customers, after they have serviced vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
