Compensation Package:
- Yearly Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Work Schedule and Environment
- Work Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Work Environment: This position is based at our corporate office.
- Provided: Laptop, printer, and cell phone.

The Role: People and Culture Business Partner
As a Lead People and Culture Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our people and culture operations, handling administrative duties and playing a key role in the corrective action process for employees. You will thrive in managing grey areas, be effective at scheduling, and methodical in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Directors and Managers on employee-related matters, including grievances, complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary actions (PIPs, CAFs, and terminations).
- Supervise People and Culture Assistant and Personnel Records Clerk.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on conflict resolutions, performance improvement plans, and other employee relations issues.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Generate reports and analytics on employee relations metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Process employment verifications and unemployment claims.
- Assist the Director of People and Culture with administrative unemployment hearings.
- Develop tools to schedule and maintain performance evaluations and other time-sensitive documentation.
- Actively engage with TCS staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of People and Culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years of Employee Relations experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM, etc.) preferred or must be obtained within one (1) year from the date of employment.
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
