We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Utilize phone and computer systems to input data accurately
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
-Assist the office manager with billing, filing, and record keeping as needed.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Musical experience preferred, but not required.
