MSP Technical Project Manager
Job Description and Success Profile
Primary Responsibilities
· Work with project engineers and other field engineers to review project plans, coordinate and communicate with the team (engineers, clients, sponsors) on status, timing expectations and more.
· Coordinate a large number of technical projects across many teams and clients.
· Work to continually improve the project process and communication to our clients and internal teams.
· Work with project team to assess, design and implement on-premise and cloud infrastructure solutions
· Coordinate and schedule key resources for projects to drive projects to a successful outcome.
· Other coordination and dispatch roles and activities as needed.
· Deliver projects on-time and on-budget, providing a method to view and report on project success status.
· Work with the Technical Services Manager on technical project reviews.
· Deliver and maintain high levels of security and recoverability during project execution.
· Work to provide a balanced project schedule that accounts for general support requirements for the engineers as well delivering projects timely.
Other Responsibilities
· Assist with admin level responsibilities for monitoring and managing various MSP tools – primarily Automate and ITGlue
Desired Skills and Abilities
· Previous MSP experience
· Ability to communicate clearly with the various project audiences
· Experience delivering technology solutions and support for multiple customers.
· Experience deploying the Microsoft stack of products (Windows Server, Windows 7/10, Office365, and more)
· A strong understanding of network infrastructures and how things are related and inter-dependent.
· Track record of being organized and handle many tasks/projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
