Description
The Account Manager of TikTok Shop will develop and manage Harvest Group social commerce efforts, driving growth for our consumer packaged goods clients across major retailers through innovative sales strategies and DTC initiatives. This role will focus on expanding our clients’ presence on social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, Meta platforms, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce, DTC marketing, social media management, and client service, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. This role will partner closely with clients’ social media teams and Harvest Group’s advertising and content team to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify, develop, and implement comprehensive social commerce strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives
- Identify and capitalize on new social commerce trends and opportunities
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and market trends making data driven adjustments and recommendations to improve results that will be communicated regularly to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution
- Manage relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features and opportunities
- Optimize product listings, content strategies, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics and ROI for social commerce initiatives
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all social commerce touchpoints
- Address customer feedback and issues promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record of success in managing social commerce platforms and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with clients and managing client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel
Preferred:
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Facebook Shops, Instagram Shopping, and other social commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
