The Resident Coordinator (RC) will assist the DOO to provide oversight of all TLP, Clean and Sober, and Residential Services, operations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with schedules, roles, and expectations, etc. The RC will supervise the Childcare Provider, and Peer Specialist’s. The RC will Create and maintain a safe and stimulating environment for infants and children (ages 0-12) as well as adults. Will monitor 4 homes and Residential housing.
The Resident Coordinator is a multidisciplinary team member who has work experience with the following populations (e.g., infants, children, adults, or families). Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team and coordinates implementation of behavioral health/substance abuse treatment, rehabilitation, and referrals to supportive services.
Must have strong commitment and ability to work with adults, infants and children ranging from infants to 12 years old and adults 18 and up. Ability to create and maintain a safe and stimulating environment for infants and children (ages 0-12) and adults 18 and up. The ability to support the TLP clients with work towards providing or linking each parent and their children with housing that permits independent living, services which support employability, and access to helpful, adequate, competent, and continuous supports and services that support goals of family reunification and family preservation
