Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or Line Cook. Extremely detail-oriented. A strong work ethic and drive for success. Skilled in calmly and quickly handling issues in high-pressure situations. .
Responsibilities:
Daily management of all kitchen operations. Expedite all of the food items to each table. Always enforce proper sanitation and safe handling of food throughout the establishment. Incredible attention to detail regarding seasoning and menu development. Constantly guide employees to achieve same standards of excellence in the areas of food preparation, cooking techniques, food cost controls and sanitation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
