Law Office Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage accounts payables and account receivables
-Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Coordinate projects and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with legal office tasks as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Law Office Receptionist Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy reception area and manage administrative tasks effectively
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
- Experience or knowledge in legal office is a plus
- Capable of coordinating projects to ensure timely completion
- Skilled in clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Knowledge of office management practices to support daily operations
- Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
