Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist /Insurance Co-ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
- Process orders and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Verify insurances and benefits, submit claims.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is advantageous
- Familiarity with order entry systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
