The Role
StarRez is growing rapidly, and our People & Culture team is looking for a talented Director, Talent Acquisition to join our North American team.
The Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing the global talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent across our international operations. You will lead the StarRez global recruiting team and our hiring plans as we continue to grow.

What You Will Own
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an effective talent acquisition strategy aligned to the company's global business objectives and a thoughtful and cohesive candidate experience.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment process and improve efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to understand business needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
- Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and selection to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Build the company's employer brand to share StarRez's value proposition for candidates and attract top talent globally.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience and track record in global recruitment and managing international teams
- Data-driven approach to driving hiring strategy and execution
- Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Desire to build infrastructure and scale with a growth and continuous improvement mindset
