Our company is seeking a Regional Director Board Certifed Behavior Analyst to oversee all facets of training staff and implementation of intervention plans for children with autism on site. A candidate for this position must have extensive experience working with children in a center or home, leadership experience and have a Master's or Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis. The ideal candidate will be creative and highly organized, an excellent teacher, communicator, leader and capable of working independently as well as fostering a positive work environment for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Define the treatment and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior therapy that is performed by others.
- Appraise, select, and use equipment and materials to conduct behavior therapy sessions.
- Work with school districts, private schools, and home-school settings.
- Work with families to build skills for managing their child's behavior.
- Provide services to a diverse clientele in early childhood education programs.,Work with families who have children on the spectrum.,Be familiar with clinical supervision.,Commit to ethical practice.
- Provide oversite for staffing, training and day to day operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
