Staff Development Coordinator/ICN
MUST BE A LICENSED NURSE / RN
Duties:
- Coordinate and Schedule Staff Inservice and Education.
- Maintain Education Files on all employees.
- Assist with Orientation of New Employees, Health Screens, etc.
Experience:
Previous experience is preferred. Knowledge of Long-Term Care.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
