Finding and retaining talent is a passion area of ours, and we are looking to add to our recruiting team.
We are seeking a recruiter who will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans and strategies that use both traditional and non-traditional sources and networks. This role will also ensure that the candidates fit Cummings Electricals’ needs, culture, and policies. Typical Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate recruitment process for skilled trades and additional roles, as needed.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria.
- Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the company and position.
- Use multiple sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches, and referrals.
- Contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure company staffing needs are filled in a timely manner, and that the company maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of recruiting experience (electrical/field recruiting preferred).
- Professional presentation, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills needed (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), and recruiting systems. (Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Willing to train the right candidate that fits within the Cummings culture.
- knowledge of assessment techniques, including behavioral interviewing, is essential and previous experience recruiting with blue-collar sectors is preferred.
- Experience in full cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, social media, and other job boards. (Preferred)

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
