FIGS is looking for an Netsuite Systems Administrator to join our rapidly growing technology team. You will help guide the Enterprise Systems team and key stakeholders on best practices as they relate to NetSuite customizations and system integrations. In this role, you will report directly to our Director of ERP.
What you'll do:
- Help guide the Enterprise Systems team and key stakeholders on best practices as they relate to NetSuite functionalities, process improvements, and system integrations.
- Assist with identifying and implementing scalable retail industry specific business solutions that continually improve business process deficiencies.
- Actively monitor the Enterprise System's product roadmap - manage and communicate opportunities and challenges related to evolution and scalability.
- Establish a deep understanding of cross-functional business processes - be able to concisely communicate the impact of technical solutions as they pertain to existing and future processes.
- Team with Finance and IT to support monthly/quarterly/yearly close and completion of regular SOX compliance requirements.
- Provide NetSuite expertise related to system architecture, data integrity, analytics and integrations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements - create process flows and document solutions.
- Team with integration partners to design, test, and release integrations between NetSuite and other applications utilizing a variety of iPaas tools. Document solution release details - change controls, data migrations, and order of operations.
- Actively participate in Agile development process - sprint planning, story creation, capacity estimation, documentation, release planning, and post release validation/hyper care.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite OneWorld - NetSuite Administrator Certification a plus.
- Strong core knowledge of NetSuite processes and functional implementation capabilities using NetSuite's platform features to optimize business requirements: Saved Searches, Reports customization, Workflows, and Suite Analytics. Familiar with ITCG and SOX framework, and Change Management a plus.
- Well versed in the following business processes (e-commerce domain): Procure to pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. Experience with NetSuite's core Accounting Modules: FAM, Allocations, Prepaid Amortization, etc.
- Experience assisting development partners with building customized integrations that communicate with NetSuite using REST API and Web Services. Experience assisting development partners in troubleshooting NetSuite integration tools such as Celigo, Boomi, or similar.
- Experience owning end-to-end development lifecycle for ERP and related solutions from - intake, design, development, UAT, and deployment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies/delivery where teamwork is paramount and priorities are always shifting and evolving. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work and deliver results alongside those in Finance, Operations, and Production.
- Experience working within various core financial systems such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, Planful, Floqast
- Experience working within an HRIS such Workday

FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $100,000 and $120,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
