Residential Sales Manager
Based: Piscataway, NJ
Objective:
The Sales Manager at Carrier Enterprise is tasked with overseeing a specific area within a market. This role requires an experienced sales professional who excels at fostering customer relationships and meeting their needs. The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to surpass sales objectives
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executes and monitor sales programs as provided by market leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships within your assigned market, aiding your sales team in growing customer accounts.
- Guides the sales team in identifying new business opportunities within the area.
- Serve as a mentor and motivator for Account Managers, inspiring them to achieve their sales goals.
- Proactively address customer complaints and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
- Monitor and report on the usage of our CRM system (Salesforce) within your team.
- Accountable for driving the adoption and usage of multiple digital platforms.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

- Strong ability to drive revenue, and business growth.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Prior management/supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, preferred or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC.
