Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a deep understanding of the medical practice landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our Digital Care Solutions Cares i.e. (Nephrology Care, Rheumatology Care, Cardiology Care Programs) to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with a solid understanding of medical terminology, regulations, and market trends and contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the medical sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrators.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments affecting medical practices.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the medical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of medical practice operations, terminology, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Existing network of contacts within the medical community is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
