Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to all departments. The ideal candidate would possess traditional administrative duties as well as excellent customer service skills. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Assist with personal tasks for executives as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service when answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Facilitate the process of paperwork to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
