Client Service Coordinator - InDesign
Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Client Service Coordinator - InDesign to its team. This role will work ONSITE in Miami, FL and works standard M-F hours 8am- 5pm. This is a contract role with high potential for full time conversion that pays $28 per hour.
The key to this role is the ability to use creativity, attention to detail, and past Adobe InDesign/Microsoft Office experience to create marketing materials. The incumbent will also:
- Follow-up with brokers to gain details and specifications for marketing campaigns
- Create and Order signage for properties
- Assemble tour books and property surveys
- Create email marketing campaigns
- Work with numbers (pricing) and create vouchers
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience working with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience or familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator technology
Preferred
- Bachelors or Associates Degree
- Previous commercial real estate experience

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
