The Center for the Arts is TERI’s adult development center, a community-based day program located in North County San Diego that focuses on providing life quality to individuals with developmental disabilities through the lens of performing and fine arts. We need YOU to help us do that.

A typical day for a Day Program DSP floater will include:
This is a full-time, hands-on position, working under the direction of a supervisor providing direct training, development, and caregiving to adults in the program. Responsibilities include active engagement, program implementation, transportation (company vehicle provided), documentation, behavior modification, safety crisis response, and protecting program participants’ rights, safety, health, and welfare. Floating Instructor is not permanently assigned to a class and may be moved from class to class on a daily basis but will assume all the duties of the permanent Instructor.
Range:$ 19.00 -$20.00 / hour
Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
We would love it if you:
- Ability to obtain a Class B driver’s license (paid for by TERI).
- Highschool diploma/ GED is desirable.
- Related experience preferred but not required. We will pay you to train!
- Criminal background check required.
- Acceptable Driving History.
