Receptionist Home Care Agency - HCA Experienced - Bilingual English/Spanish
New York based Home Care Agency looking for a HR HHA Intake / Receptionist at our Bronx intake location. Home Care experience a MUST! We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, attentive to detail, can communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner, and who is energetic and flexible. There is room to grow and advance. The person will be also be responsible for overseeing the operation of our office and will spend most of their time onboarding caregivers, and to make sure all documentation is accurate and up to date. This self-starting individual needs to understand the importance of completing tasks, staying organized, and providing valuable customer support to our caregivers.
· Responsibilities:
· Checking relevant documents for validity.
· Document all notes and documents in software-based system.
· Calling caregivers to request documents and/or resolve issues.
· Follow guidelines and compliance implemented by our Company Policies.
· Motivated to resolve and manage any tasks necessary to resolve matters related to the employment of caregivers.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
