As the Customer Service Representative, you are the pinnacle of influencing the brand experience. You will be responsible for providing customers with exemplary service by surpassing their needs and expectations, in addition to assisting our team on behalf of our company and promoting the vision and ideals that we possess. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Use effective customer service techniques to identify customer needs in order to drive qualified appointments for the Sales Team
- Provide visual direction and leadership to our internal team.
- Set and execute daily tasks and follow-ups with clients
- Recommend adjustments or upgrades to services as necessary by evaluating results and recent developments on existing accounts
- Building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and comprehensive knowledge of our client's services
- Attending training meetings and virtual conference calls to retain fresh knowledge of our client’s sales, promotions, or updates to product lines
- Approaching each customer and communicate solutions in an empathetic, professional, and courteous manner
- Assisting fellow customer service and sales team members in exceeding customer acquisition and sales targets
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- 1-2 years of Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Relations, or Sales
- Possess a high emotional intelligence with an impeccable ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's emotions and connect with other people
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally, both in person and through Zoom
- Have a naturally friendly nature, upbeat personality, and can easily engage others in conversation
- Must be flexible and adaptable in a constantly changing, high-energy environment
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to think on your fee
