Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Direct to Garment (DTG) Print Operator to join our dynamic team. As a DTG Print Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining DTG printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various garments. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will ensure our customers receive products that meet their specifications and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate DTG Printing Equipment: Set up and operate DTG printers according to job specifications, including loading garments onto platens, selecting appropriate print settings, and ensuring proper ink levels.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks before, during, and after printing to ensure accurate colors, registration, and print quality. Make adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
- Pre Press: Put away blank garment shipments from vendors, pick blanks to POs or packing slips, and pretreating garments before printing.
- Post Press: Neck label, fold, bag, box, finish printed apparel goods in order to ship.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy garments and equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment. 100% HVAC throughout the entire shop.
We print with Brother GTX Pro Bulk direct to garment printers. We do a mix of small orders shipped directly to customers (one to a few items with different designs) and bulk orders (large quantities all with the same design). We're a small shop so you you'll end up doing every step in the printing and fulfillment process depending on the day.
We're open from 7AM to 6PM Monday through Friday and are fairly flexible on scheduling. Full-time and part-time positions available.
