We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department. The HVAC Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our HVAC service team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficient, quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in HVAC systems, and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the HVAC service team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalated service issues.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Manage and optimize the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to service technicians.
- Ensure all service work meets industry standards and complies with company policies.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all service activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Promote and enforce safety standards within the service department.
Financial Management:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the service department budget.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in using service management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
- May require occasional travel to job sites and customer locations.
- May need to work outside of regular business hours to address urgent service needs or emergencies.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or adverse weather conditions.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
