Total-Western, Inc. is seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote Total-Western's services and solutions.
- Support the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, print, and event-based campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop compelling marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, social media updates, and website copy.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of marketing materials.
Digital Marketing:
- Coordinate and monitor digital marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing and brand-compliant marketing assets.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Event Coordination:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
