Job Overview: MUST HAVE QUICK SERVICE/FAST FOOD HR EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
Duties:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Experience:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases such as ADP, HRIS, etc.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
