We are growing and looking for a growth-minded, skilled, and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations! The ideal candidate will have experience in personnel supervision, production processes, and a strong understanding of quality control procedures.

Essential Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities and productivity
- Provide leadership, performance reviews, coaching, and training to personnel
- Contribute to the development of improved metrics for tracking individual and team achievement of objectives.
- Utilize ERP system for efficient production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure processing of parts according to established and documented procedures, requirements, and specifications
- Make informed and appropriate decision aligned with company guidelines, policies, and production goals
- Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Collaborate across departments to implement efficient production methods and problem solve
- In partnership with management, optimize equipment, personnel, and resources to meet established production goals
- Contribute to the development of improved metrics for tracking individual and team achievement of objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum five (5) years manufacturing/shop experience
- Experience in AS9100 quality management
- Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CNC machines, lathes, and forklift operation
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
