The shift available at this location (New Directions and Garden City) is: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 7:30am to 3:30pm - some flexibility needed). The salary rate for this position is $62,400 per year.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services required
- Minimum four years’ ID/DD or related human services background
- Minimum of one year’s supervisory experience required
- Experience with OPWDD HCBS waiver regulation
- Valid Driver’s License require
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise the day to day operations of assigned Day Habilitation sites as it pertains to individuals and staff to include monthly site specific staff meetings, community support checks and implementation of emergency protocols
- Direct supervision to the Day Habilitation site Supervisors to include Consistent support, coaching and training, monthly Supervisor/Cluster Meetings and 1:1 supervisory support meetings
- Provides assistance to all Day Habilitation programs as needed
- Interview, hire and train Supervisory staff
- Oversight of program personnel related issues/systems to include payroll, PTO, performance evaluation, progressive discipline, training, recruitment and retention
- Collaborate with Customized Employment Department with regard to individual’s vocational goals/programming
- Ensure regulatory compliance and oversight as per OPWDD regulations and Agency P&P to include Medisked, Fleetmatics, incident management, fire safety/evacuation plans & drills, ISP checklist monitoring and maintain
- Assist in crisis intervention by providing support and guidance
- Participate in and/or facilitate meetings, in-services/trainings or committees as needed or assigned
- Ensure adequate provision of ABA related services are being monitored by the day services supervisors
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage at all times
