This assignment is a full-time position, 6A, 7AM, OR 8AM Start until .
- A Successful Candidate will:
- Have a willingness to work on the Line and Prep as needed
- Demonstrate Exemplary Customer Service
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen working with staff and Food Manager
- Be responsible for compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
- Be responsible for stock management and ordering in line with budgets and targets
- Work with the Food Manager on future menu items and products ensuring costing meets expected budgeting
- Ensure the standard is upheld and to the expected quality
- Support and develop other kitchen staff as required
- OT available
