Rick Payne, CEO, is looking for a experienced bookkeeper who is efficient and detail-oriented, to oversee his personal businesses.
The successful candidates will be responsible in organizing accounting information for the CEO as well as creating and maintaining records using a variety of Quickbooks packages. The right candidate will also be comfortable working in an office envbronment with little supervision and able to communicate effectively with other members of the accounting department. Responsibilities:
- Review and approve bills and invoices.
- Analyze financial information for the purpose of providing data for decision making.
- Collect and record financial metrics in order to track budget performance and provide budget forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and make changes to future budgets based on results from the previous year.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Record financial transactions.
- Prepare month-end reports.
- Prepare Cash Flow Reports
