POSITION SUMMARY
This Senior Engineer is responsible for owning the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of the solutions to support functional requirements. The candidate will partner with various technology and functional owners to solution the business problem statement with maximizing automation and extensibility.
The candidate must demonstrate a history of architecture alignment, designing solutions on Salesforce and Mulesoft. This role will be involved in transformation of ideas into execution and delivery, and recommendation of the right technological solutions as per strategic roadmap.
The candidate must possess excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The individual must have a board background on best practices, design patterns, architectural decisions, and dependencies. This candidate would be expected to work independently to solve complex problems and provide proof of concept for technical decisions on functionals requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver compelling presentations, architectural blueprint documents, and requirement gathering workshops to influence the strategic direction of the projects.
- Internalize frameworks, project deliverables, policies and implementations and vet with technical and functional teams to contribute to internal collaboration networks.
- Transform technical and business requirements into technical solutions by providing design and architecture of the new software solution.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with modern development approach (containerization, CI/CD, micro-services, modular applications etc.)
- Collaborate with experts in other domain areas (data, security, dev-ops, etc.) to produce consensus and governance across solutions.
- An expert in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
- A good understanding of performance optimization techniques for web-based applications.
- Develop, test, maintain complex software solutions.
- Support, enhance and transform existing systems, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage software deployments, ensuring reusability, stability, and scalability.
- Validate 3rd party or vendor solutions.
- Expertise in API developer’s portal, API security, and API connectors and adapters, integration, and API management.
- Expertise and proven experience in Salesforce development, design and delivery of complex business solutions built on Salesforce ecosystems managed packages.
- Experience with customizations on Salesforce lightening components including design system frameworks, apex, process builders, workflows etc.
- Experience of working in financial industry is a plus.
- Expertise in problem solving skills, in articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual, and impactful manner.
- Champion in enforcing development best practices and testing methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date and experiment with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- All Team Members must comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. This includes the SAFE Act. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess cashiering and lending experience and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Thorough knowledge of small business and consumer credit principles and practices. Excellent interpersonal skills; successful experience managing and leading people.
- 10+ experience developing CRM customizations and integrations, including 5+ years on Salesforce and Mulesoft.
- Must have prior implementation experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and CRM analytics.
- Function as a house Salesforce product suite expert and help drive adoption and optimization across business areas.
- Strong knowledge of information security best practices.
- The proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to perform and oversee complex tasks and priorities multiple tasks based on overall strategic goal.
- The individual must be able to partner with Team Members and conduct accurate feasibility analysis, develop optimal solutions, and recommend industry best practices with respect to Salesforce.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Progressively responsible management experience within retail or financial institution.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, Members, management, and the Board of directors, as well as the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay: $148,750.68 - $223,126.28 per year
