Technology & AI: Potomac Legal Group is not your typical law firm. Since our inception, we have invested significantly in technologies that make the practice of law more efficient. Most recently, we have established our own Innovation Department, where we develop proprietary AI tools and products exclusively for the Firm’s use. Our lawyers spend their time on strategy, litigation and advising clients, not on repetitive tasks.

Qualifications & Skills for this Position
Successful candidates will have significant experience independently managing cases throughout all phases of litigation.
- Currently licensed (Active) in Maryland.
- 5-7+ years of litigation experience at a law firm.
- Ability to manage all phases of complex employment litigation.
- Experience managing caseloads.
- Review and analyze complex employment agreements.
- Prepare demands, motions and pleadings.
- Must be able to have extensive client interaction.
- Must be able to appear in court.
- Must be proficient in managing cases.
- Must be able to take and defend depositions.
- Must be able to argue motions.
- Experience preparing for and attending trials, arbitrations, settlement conferences and mediation.
- Possess a demonstrated history of excellence in their career, as well as a passion for serving clients.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, stellar organizational skills and the ability to communicate well.
