The Member License Customer Service Representative (CSR) Hybrid position provides exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers of Copart. This Hy-Brid position is required in office until training is complete, then 1 week in office per month in Eldridge Iowa. Through a thorough understanding of Copart practices, the CSR offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The CSR provides general administrative support while multi-tasking in a hectic and stressful situations.
- Must be able to show empathy in the workplace.
- Audit documents for accuracy
- Work with compliance to ensure accurate customer licensing on file
- Speak with members related to expired or missing documents
- Respond to emails from members in a professional manner
- Communicate with internal departments timely to provide accurate information
- Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience

One year of office support experience in a customer service or administrative role
High School Diploma
Attention to detail
Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
Problem Solving
Computer Proficiency – MS Suites
Typing Speed – 45 words per minute
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Occasional Overtime as needed
