Front Desk Coordinator:
- Work with the front desk to manage incoming patients including greeting, provided proper paperwork for visits, checking out after office visits, charging for services, and answering patient questions
- Manage incoming calls and calling patients to confirm appointments
- Generate sales leads by speaking personally with patients
- Identify and assess patients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with patients through open and interactive communication
- Coordinate front desk employees and flow
Surgery Scheduling:
· Schedule all surgical patients for surgery. Coordinate their pre-op, post-op appointments, share details about surgery day, handle phone calls to/from the patients.
· Explain surgical process and timeline to patients and their caregivers
· Serve as liaison between the surgery center and RMEC.
· Comprehensive knowledge of EHR system and ability to use it efficiently
· Knowledge of medical terminology
· Comply with HIPAA/OSHA guidelines, corporate policies & procedures
Qualifications
-Medical administrative support experience
- Proficiency in using EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Previous experience in patient service & surgery scheduling
- Familiarity with office operations and front desk duties
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary range: $20.78-$25.02 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certification, etc.
