Large Inbound Transportation-Based Call Center Company conveniently located in Long Island City, Queens, is looking to add experienced, motivated and dynamic members to our Supervisory team. Customer Service and Supervisor Experience is strongly preferred. The call center that handles approximately 26,000 calls/day with over 1000 onsite and remote associates looking to expand our team of Experienced Supervisors. Position would be primarily remote, but in the office if/when needed for Team Building and training.
