- Follow up on qualified leads via phone
- Assist in pre-qualifying leads
- Schedule site visits
- Update customer information in HubSpot
- Perform data entry
- Collaborate with inside sales
Sales Support Administrator (Entry level; in-office) Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or customer support experience required
- Willingness to follow up on leads over the phone required
- Proficiency with MS Office required
- Ability to work onsite in Andover, NJ required
