To keep up with our growth, we are looking to add a SR. Human Resources Generalist to our team. This function will play an important role in our company's processes, internal growth and overall culture. Our motto "The Source for People Who Care" applies to all who work here.
SR Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:

Various other important HR functional duties
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
PHR designation or willingness to train for designation.
6 to 8 years of practical experience in Human Resources with a concentration in Benefits, including medical, dental, LTD and STD, Compensation and Compliance, or other related Human Resources functions
HR certification preferred
3-5 years of experience within the education, human service and/or healthcare industry.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize based on needs of a fast-paced high-volume recruiting and placement environment.
Positive attitude. People-oriented. Strong team player.
Strong understanding of state, local, and Federal laws
Familiarity with MS Office applications. Experience and comfort with specialized line-of-business applications such as Human Resource Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, Preferably PrismHR/Bullhorn.

This is a regular, full-time, twelve-month-per year-position. This is a fully on-site role, with the normal work hours being 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday; with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the company.
