Job Summary:
Prestige Ford, a reputable auto dealership in Mt. Dora, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the sales and inventory of parts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability through effective management and customer service. As a Parts Manager, you will also have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Full Time - base plus commission customer service job with a competitive compensation package ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, this position also offers weekly pay, commission, and other benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales and inventory of parts, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering to meet customer demand
- Monitor and optimize parts profitability through effective pricing and sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns related to parts purchases
- Train and supervise a team of parts associates, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, sales, and pricing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for parts
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and market changes to make informed business decisions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the auto industry, specifically in parts sales and inventory management
- Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office,CDK and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
