SUMMARY:
Coordinating maintenance workflow for one or multiple jobs. Planning and prioritizing maintenance departments to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determining manpower, equipment and parts needed to cover maintenance demand. Must be able to use personal skill and judgment to make decisions that can affect the success of the production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will be the principal contact and liaison person between Maintenance, Operations and other supported departments regarding scheduled downtime.

Will have a complete working knowledge of eMaint system.

Will be responsible for planning and coordinating all planned work.

Ensure all safety documentation (Confined Space, Lock-out Tag-out, Hot Work Permits, etc.) are complete and readily available prior to start of job.

Handle long and short-term planning.

Responsible in maintaining up to date inventory for all crucial parts needed for planned jobs.

Develop weekly work schedules for planned work while using eMaint as a guide on preventative maintenance schedule.

Estimate hours needed for work.

Are trained and effectively utilizing continuous improvement processes in a structured way that drives business objectives.

Work closely with production planning to develop and implement effective planned downtime tactics for asset-based projects.

Have access and understand daily financial metrics and impact on business.

Training and Mentoring of new employees, as required.

Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or other technical field with or 4 years equivalent experience.

Experience with eMaintX4 Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.

Experience with Microsoft Office with a strong background in Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet design.

Experience with scheduling work in manufacturing environment

Ability to communicate effectively with other orally or in writing

Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures

Ability to manage inventory at separate locations and coordinate part transfers if needed

Time management and decision-making skills
-
Ability to organize and direct oneself.

Ability to plan for and effectively implement plan for scheduled maintenance work a minimum of 3 months in the future

Ability to develop detailed maintenance job plans with correct tasks, trade skills, times, materials, and resources to do the maintenance work safely, efficiently, and right-first-time.

Ability to create and manage GANTT charts.
