Job Description: As a Physical Therapy Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, both in person and over the phone.

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic''s appointment calendar.

Verifying patient insurance coverage and collecting co-payments.

Maintaining patient records and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Assisting therapists with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, faxing, and data entry.

Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Providing patients with information about our services, including answering questions about treatment options and insurance billing.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
