We are seeking client-service oriented individuals to provide exceptional service as an Aeration and Seeding crew member. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment providing an essential service to our clients for the Fall season. You’ll become an expert in applying our company products to improve the health of our client's lawns. Our Techs serve as a problem solver for clients by utilizing our in-depth training program to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each client's unique needs.
This position is seasonal (10-12 weeks) and is available at the beginning of our Aeration and Seeding season on or around August 5, 2024. There is potential for growth into a full time technician if all qualifications are met. Crew members can expect to work overtime hours during the season up to 60 hours/week.
Tasks
- Safely operates both ride-on and push behind aerators.
- Applies products and materials with accuracy and efficiency using push spreaders.
- Assist crew leaders and team in providing quality aeration and seed services.
- Securely and safely maintains service vehicle, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
- Ability to commute to our location in Edgewater, MD.
- High School Diploma or GED
Compensation
- $17/hour plus bonus opportunity
