Summary: Requires strong sales skills and the ability to deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude with attention to detail. Primary role of cold calling contractor offices and jobsites. Gaining new customers, identifying equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders. Works within an assigned territory to rent Kubota equipment.
Equipment Sales experience preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Respond to rental request and guide customer through Ewald Kubota rental process.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, request, complaints, rental service needs.
Maintain friendly and positive attitude with employee’s and customers.
Work rental counter as needed at locations within designated territory.
Assures all documentation associated with the rental department and are properly and completed.
Continue education and knowledge of related rental products and Kubota equipment.
Develops listening skills to be able to respond and work with all types of people.
Excellent communication, customer service and phone skills.
Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts and potential customers.
Ensures rental equipment is clean, serviced, and displayed in organized manner.
Increase rental revenues through sales efforts and territory management.
Assist rental customers with loading and unloading rental equipment
Wash, service and deliver rental equipment as needed.
Maintains company manuals, pricing lists and other documentation in professional manner.
Arrives on time to work and maintain professional appearance.
Perform other duties as required by management.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. One or more years of customer service experience required.
Language Ability:

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:

Computer Skills:

Certificates and Licenses:
Must have a valid Texas Drivers’ License and a clear driving record.
