Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and family therapy sessions for youth in community placements or residential facilities, referred by Westmoreland Juvenile Probation and Westmoreland County Children’s Bureau.

Administer necessary assessments and craft tailored treatment plans for each client.

Collaborate with external professionals and participate in court testimony when necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation, including monthly reports, court reports, and discharge summaries.

Serve as a positive role model for both youth and staff, adhering to County, JCAHO, and Adelphoi standards and procedures.

Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

Utilize Trauma-Informed Care principles to foster a safe and non-violent environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field required.

State licensure preferred (LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT).

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with youth in human services settings.

Experience with children, youth, and families within educational or social service environments preferred.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for job-related duties.
