Greene Respiratory is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for their location in Milford, Ohio. The Customer Service Representative will enjoy working “standard” M-F Business schedule in the Milford office answering incoming customer calls, processing orders, and verifying patient information.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and process customer orders in a timely manner
Routinely think-outside-the-box to find solutions to follow up and respond to customer requests
Assist walk-in customers with retail sales and orders. Must be knowledgeable of supplies, prices, and reimbursement
Obtain insurance information and verify eligibility and benefits
Prepare and obtain appropriate initial documentation for billing e.g., history of medical records
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and presenting a well-organized retail area (as needed)
Requirements
Demonstrated track record of being dependable in terms of attendance and quality of work
Ability to pass background check
Ability to work during “normal business hours” with the ability to work OT to get the job done
Ability to lift to 85 lbs.
