**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
**Duties:**
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Scheduling / fill daily open shifts by matching the right caregiver to client's needs
-Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with office organization and maintenance
- Support office staff with general operational tasks
- Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
**Skills:**
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic office management
- Clerical experience preferred
- Ensures effective and efficient communication between caregivers and clients
- Running errands
- Keep On call schedule phone
