Front Desk Coordinator Role:

Our Front Desk Sales Coordinator is key to establishing a relationship with our clients/patients and for setting the tone for the spa experience.
The successful candidate must love being involved with customers, enjoy selling products and consistently deliver strong customer service. The successful candidate will be an energetic team player with an encouraging attitude, ensuring that all clients/patients have a positive experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Always be ready to start your shift looking your best & fashion forward
- Welcome all spa clients/patients according to our Customer Service standards; answer telephone promptly and courteously
- Assist clients/patients by guiding them through our programs, answering their questions and finding the answers to questions if not known
- Be knowledgeable about products, programs, pricing; actively promoting and educating all spa guest
- This position is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding all key performance sales indicators to include: spa memberships, package offerings, retail sales, and maximizing spa traffic
- Experience working in a monthly sales quota structure
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment and help the spa run as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Ensures the spa maintains all high standards and a meticulously clean environment
- Appreciates and pays attention to details, upholds high standards, and is reliable and punctual

Requirements
- High school Diploma
- Desire to learn and be part of a team
- Excellent work ethic
- Available for flexible hours
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 20 per week
