We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ironworker with extensive experience in erecting and assembling structural steel, conveyors, and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
An Ironworker is responsible for completing the following duties:

Erection and assembly of structural steel, conveyors, heavy vibratory & crushing equipment, walkways, handrails & stairs; lay out and set steel for the crane.

Ability to properly signal crane operators to lift and position steel, weld and/or bolt pieces into place, and torch and/or drill holes for proper fitment.

Identify and install proper hardware, ensure all pieces are fitted properly, and make decisions when needed; align motor sheaves and install drive belts.

Safe operation and use of all tools and equipment needed to complete daily tasks; follow all job site safety procedures.

Travel required (approx. 80-90%); other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
-
Ability to rig steel for crane and read and understand erection drawings.

Ability to read and follow equipment manuals and checklists.

Proficiency in working with bull pins, sleever bars, chain come alongs, and hammers; unload and stack prefabricated iron and steel.

Comfort working at heights and manual dexterity to use tools and factory machines.

Possession of a valid driver’s license.
