Tangy Noodle, a Sichuanese restaurant located in the heart of Manhattan’s Chelsea, is seeking a restaurant manager!
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
-Working closely with, supporting and reporting back to the owner
-Maintaining a high standard of service and quality of our FOH operations-Training and managing a team of staff
-Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as hiring, HR, Marketing, Menu Development, Invoices, etc.
-Managing the beverages, including new seasonal options
-Collaborating with the Head Chef and corporate team
-Taking ownership to maintain and build upon the Tangy Noodle brand
Preferred Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial role or 2 years in a customer service position
-Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred, but not required
